777xe Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

01General Rules and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777xe ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 777xe platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

777xe operates as an online betting and casino platform. These Terms apply to all products offered at 777xe, including sports betting, live casino games, roulette, fishing games, esports betting, and all promotional offers. Where specific products have supplementary rules, those apply in addition to these general Terms.

Access to and use of the 777xe platform is permitted only to individuals who meet the following baseline eligibility criteria:

• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.

02Account Registration and Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 777xe platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held.

During registration, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. This information is used to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate account-related notifications. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains accurate at all times.

Identity Verification (KYC)

777xe may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be requested.

777xe reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict account access until verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard compliance measure applied consistently to all accounts and is not a reflection on any individual player's conduct.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xe account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 777xe support team immediately at support@777xe.biz. 777xe cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

03Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on the 777xe platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. 777xe currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet and over-the-counter transfers
• JazzCash — Mobile wallet and bank-linked transfers
• NayaPay — Digital wallet
• SadaPay — Digital wallet
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) — Direct bank-to-bank transfers
• Visa / Mastercard — Debit and credit bank cards

The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to review based on account verification status. Deposits made to your 777xe account are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777xe does not impose any processing fee on deposits; however, your individual bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts held by third parties are not permitted and will result in the reversal of those funds and potential account suspension. 777xe takes the prevention of money laundering seriously and all transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable compliance standards.

04Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission. IBFT withdrawals are generally completed within two to four hours subject to your receiving bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no withdrawal fee charged by 777xe. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name. This policy exists to protect both players and the platform against fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after identity verification has been satisfactorily completed on your 777xe account.
• If your balance contains bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement, only the real-money portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement for that promotion has been fully met as described in the relevant promotion terms.
• 777xe reserves the right to conduct a standard security review on withdrawal requests. During this period, processing may take up to 24 hours on exceptional cases.
• Withdrawals may be declined and the relevant funds returned to your balance if any documentation required for compliance cannot be provided.

05Bonuses and Promotions

777xe offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms listed on the individual promotion page at 777xe.biz/promotions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded only to accounts that have completed the standard registration process and deposited using a qualifying payment method.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the offer terms before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry window. Unexpired bonus funds that remain at the end of the expiry period will be removed from the account automatically.
• 777xe reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend its terms at any time. Active bonuses already credited to accounts will not be retroactively amended without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the 777xe bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

Cashback Promotions

Cashback credited as part of a weekly or VIP programme at 777xe carries no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately. The specific cashback percentage and calculation method for each cashback offer are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

06Sports Betting Rules

This section covers the general rules applicable to all sports betting markets on the 777xe platform, including cricket, football, esports, and all other available sports.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay. 777xe reserves the right to void bets where market data was unavailable or incorrect at the time of placement.
• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the ICC or the PCB for PSL; for football, this is FIFA, UEFA, or the relevant national federation.
• 777xe reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the accumulator to return a payout. If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if those selections were not included. The remaining selections must still all win for the bet to settle as a win.

Cricket Specific Rules

For cricket betting at 777xe, a match must have reached the minimum number of overs stated in the market rules for bets to stand. In the event of abandonment before that threshold, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. Rain rules (DLS method) are applied where applicable and match the official result issued by the match referee.

07Casino and Games Rules

All casino games available on the 777xe platform — including live dealer games, slot games, roulette, fishing games, and any other casino-format products — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, physical dealing equipment operated by real croupiers. Game outcomes are independently audited.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each casino game is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run average payout and are not a guarantee of any specific session outcome. Short-term results will vary significantly from the stated RTP.

Game Interruptions

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session — including disconnections caused by the player's device or internet connection — 777xe will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's standard procedure. Where a round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome is determined by the game server record and not by what the player saw on screen before disconnection. 777xe is not liable for any losses caused by a player's local network or device issues.

08Responsible Gaming

777xe is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operating principle — not as a regulatory formality. The platform provides a full range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly within your account settings at any time, without requiring a support request.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period across all 777xe products.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen reminder after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the 777xe platform for a set period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During exclusion, your account is locked and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xe platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account credentials to access the platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification procedures.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on the 777xe platform.
• Employing automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the 777xe platform in a non-human manner without express written consent.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a recognised technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms in a way that does not constitute genuine at-risk gambling.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your 777xe account via your payment provider. Confirmed chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery of any associated winnings.
• Any conduct designed to harass, threaten, or abuse 777xe support staff or other platform users.

10Account Suspension and Closure

777xe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account poses a compliance or security risk.

In the event of account suspension, 777xe will notify the affected player by email and provide an explanation where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so. Suspended accounts will have their real-money balance placed in a holding state pending investigation. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the balance will be released and the account restored.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 777xe support team at support@777xe.biz. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

If an account is closed by 777xe due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not related to the breach may be returned at 777xe's discretion following investigation.

11Privacy and Data

777xe collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 777xe.biz/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 777xe Privacy Policy. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights as a data subject are all described in detail in that document.

In summary, 777xe uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate platform updates and promotional offers, and fulfil compliance obligations. 777xe does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the relevant service.

All data transmitted between your device and the 777xe platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are held in accounts that are segregated from 777xe operational funds.

12Amendments to Terms

777xe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777xe will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform upon next login.

Continued use of the 777xe platform after the stated effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

Minor changes — such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter meaning, or updates to contact information — may be made without direct notification. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date.
